This one pan creamy dijon chicken with shallots is super easy to make and is so flavorful!

Chicken dishes can get boring sometimes when you eat the same thing over and over so that’s why I love using different condiments to spice things up.
Dijon mustard is one of those condiments I have to have in my pantry. From chicken to pork, it adds so much flavor to any dish you add it into!
I personally love using it to make sauces, and this creamy dijon chicken with shallots is one of my favorite easy dinners.

The sauce is so velvety and goes great with the chicken. I love pairing this with mashed potatoes or rice. Pasta would be great too. You could chop the chicken and mix the pasta into it.

Anything you can make in one pan is a win in my book. Easy to make and less clean up. Plus this only requires a handful of ingredients so that makes it even better!
Here’s how to make it…
