This tarragon tuna pasta salad is an easy quick weeknight meal or easy to make pack ahead lunch to go!
I’m alive. Barely. But I’m still here. 😉
It’s been super quiet on the blog lately because like I mentioned in this post, I’ve had a ton of stuff happening around here.
Long story short…I’m back in school full time, and trying to balance studying, with diy projects, cooking delicious meals to share, and attempting to be super mom is turning out to be quite the juggling act but I’m hanging in there and trying to do my best. 😉
I’m going to school to be a massage therapist, and for someone who is naturally a creative minded individual, learning about every cell, muscle, bone etc in the human body along with it’s function is super challenging and a lot like learning a completely different language but I’m loving it, and know this is something I’ll really enjoy doing. 🙂
I’ll still be blogging, but I’m most likely going to be doing all my posts on the weekend and then scheduling them out. That is, unless I have to study for a big a test and can’t get around to it. Like I said, I’m still trying to figure this all out so just bare with me. 🙂
Since I’m in school all day. I’ve been making my dinners really easy so I can pack them up to bring for lunch for the next couple of days. This tarragon tuna pasta salad is a perfect example!
It’s really simple to make and I love the flavor combo, and hope you do too! 🙂
