If you’ve never had it, but you like BBQ, than you’ll love this!
Served up with a side of corn bread and it’s an insanely filling and delicious meal for not a lot of money!
It’s also a great way to use up leftover BBQ pork, chicken, and ribs when you do have a big feast.
I ordered takeout the other night from a local place and had tons of leftovers so it was the perfect way to use them up…
By adding pulled pork, pulled chicken, and a few ribs to the pot…
With some lima beans and corn…
Along with a few other ingredients, including my recipe for this sweet and tangy BBQ sauce…
You’ll instantly have an amazing one pot dinner in about 30 minutes!

Trust me… Even my kiddo loves this stew.
The secret is the BBQ sauce, so even if you don’t use my recipe for it, make sure you buy one that is sweet and made with molasses…

Ingredients
- 12 oz. cooked pulled pork (**Can also throw in leftover ribs if you have any)
- 12 oz. cooked pulled chicken
- 1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups sweet style BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 16 oz. low sodium chicken stock
- 1 bag frozen lima beans
- 1 bag frozen corn
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add everything into a large cast iron soup pot and cook on medium for about 30 minutes.
- Serve hot with corn bread for extra deliciousness 🙂 Enjoy!
