Send your guests home with these easy to reheat Thanksgiving leftover jars!
I know. It’s not even Thanksgiving yet and we’re already talking about leftovers, but really…
How do you send your guests home with food? It’s an important topic that needs to be discussed! 😉
For the past few years, when I’ve hosted Thanksgiving I’ve been sending them home with leftovers in jars. Mason jars to be exact…
They’re really affordable. You can get a pack of 12 for like eight or nine bucks, and I love the way it looks! Way prettier than sending them home with some foil covered paper plates, don’t you think?
I really love this idea because your guests can customize it to their taste! Just ask them what they want in their jar and filler up. 🙂
I use the jumbo pickling jars for they layered leftovers, but if I have a guest that doesn’t like their food touching, I use smaller jars to keep everything separate.
And whatever you do…don’t forget the gravy!
As much as I love eating all that amazing food on Thanksgiving Day, the leftovers are probably my favorite part!
I’m SO looking forward to making that amazing Thanksgiving soup again, and my ultimate turkey sandwich…heaven.
But these Thanksgiving leftover jars are just as great! So make sure you make a few for yourself too!
I don’t know why, but I am super excited for the holiday season this year! I’m so ready for it, and can’t wait for the festivities to start up!
How about you? Are you looking forward to the holidays this year? What’s your favorite part?
I hope you loved this simple idea for packaging Thanksgiving leftovers! I know your guests will love it, and so will you!
