- Add veggies – Add onions and peppers; drizzle on agave. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, and toss to combine.
- Add tomato sauce – Pour in the tomato sauce and reduce heat to low. Cover and let simmer for 40–45 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pork is tender and the sauce is thick.

Ingredients
- 6 thin boneless center cut pork chops
- 1/2 jar tomato sauce
- 1 bag frozen assorted bell peppers (*can use fresh if prefer)
- 1 red onion (sliced to match peppers)
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup (*can substitute with sugar if preferred)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat cast iron pan on high, drizzle in olive oil. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper and place in the pan to brown.
- When both sides are brown, add in your peppers and onions. Drizzle agave syrup over and let cook for a few minutes. Toss everything together and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour in tomato sauce and lower heat to low. Cover the pan and let everything cook together for 45 minutes.
