This creamy sweet coleslaw is so easy to make and delicious to eat! Watch it disappear at your next backyard Bbq!

Grilling season is here in full swing and I’m already in the middle of weekly planned gatherings with friends and backyard Bbq parties!

I’m not a huge fan of the heat when Florida summers hit but man do I love the laid back summer vibe!

I love getting that text saying “hey! we just grilled some chicken, come over…”

It means fun, food, laughter and love…And it also means I need to whip up something quick that I know everyone will enjoy. 🙂

Coleslaw dressing is so ridiculously easy to make that it kind of blows me away they sell it already made at the store.

I promise you it’s way better if you make your own!

But if you’re going to cheat anywhere, buying the already chopped coleslaw mixes are the way to go.

It saves you time and money, so I always have one on hand in my fridge.

If I don’t use it for making coleslaw, then I throw it into some kind of salad or even a stir fry.

My preference is the one that has bits of broccoli and kale in it, but use whichever one you love!

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the dressing and mix until everything is combined.
Dump the bag of coleslaw mix into the bowl and toss until the dressing coats everything evenly. Top with a few tablespoons of poppy seeds to make it look pretty. 🙂
Cover and refrigerate for an hour or longer so all the flavors can develop. Serve cold to room temp.
