Who needs a grill? This easy recipe for sirloin steak with mushrooms and shallots can be made all in one pan!
Every once in a while I crave red meat. Okay, who am I kidding? I could eat it every day, but I don’t. It’s definitely a splurge but when money is tight and I still want my steak fix I go for a cheaper cut of beef like sirloin. It’s pretty economical and can be just as delicious as a NY Strip if you prepare it just right.
This sirloin steak recipe could not be easier to make! Everything is made all in one pan, so cooking, serving and clean up is a breeze! Great for a family dinner or served for a crowd…I just know you’re going to love it!
Buttery, melt in your mouth sirloin steak in a sweet and savory sauce, cooked along with earthy and tender mushrooms with shallots.
There’s so much flavor going on in this one little pan!
Serve this up with a side of steamed green beans or asparagus, and mashed potatoes if you want something a little more filling, but I love eating just as it is. It’s really delicious on its own with all those yummy mushrooms!
