Ingredients

8 ounces ground pork

¼ cup finely chopped onion

½ teaspoon coarse salt

1 teaspoon minced garlic

½ teaspoon dried thyme
-
½ teaspoon dried basil

¼ teaspoon dried marjoram

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed (½ of 17-ounce package)

1 egg, beaten
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine pork, onion, salt, garlic, thyme, basil, marjoram, and pepper. Mix well.

Cut puff pastry lengthwise into three strips. Roll each into a 10 x 4½-inch rectangle.

Divide pork mixture into three 10-inch logs and place along top edge of each strip.

Brush bottom edge with egg, roll pastry over pork, and seal.

Cut each roll into four pieces and place seam-side down on baking sheet.

Brush tops with egg.

Bake 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
