Ingredients
-
2 tablespoons butter
-
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
-
1 teaspoon dried basil
-
1 package (6 ounces) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (5 biscuits)
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
-
Place butter in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on 50% power for about 1 minute, or until melted. Let cool slightly. Stir in Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, and dried basil.
-
Separate biscuits and stretch each one into a 5 x 2-inch rectangle.
-
Spread about 1 teaspoon of the butter mixture evenly over each rectangle.
-
Cut each rectangle in half lengthwise. Twist each strip three to four times and place on prepared baking sheet.
-
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
Notes
-
For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder to the butter mixture.
-
Best served warm, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
-
Serve with marinara sauce, ranch, or garlic butter for dipping.
