This creamy garlic and herb artichoke dip is rich, cheesy, and packed with bold garlic flavor and fresh herbs. Baked until golden and bubbly, it’s the perfect easy appetizer for parties, holidays, and game day.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 46 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 12 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 12 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and minced garlic. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in chopped artichokes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish or skillet and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
  • Let cool slightly and serve warm with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or vegetables.
