- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 4–6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1–2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
- 1–2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and minced garlic. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in chopped artichokes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish or skillet and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or vegetables.
