Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the extra wing sauce.Form Chicken Balls
With damp hands, roll mixture into ~12 bite-sized balls and place on a baking sheet.Bake

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 cup favorite wing sauce
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 and mix together all of your ingredients. I put about 2 tablespoons of the wing sauce into the meat mixture and reserve the rest to toss them after they’re cooked.
- With clean and damp hands, roll the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet. 1 lb makes about 12 balls.
- Cook for 30 minutes and toss the meatballs in the remaining wing sauce when they’re done and serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing to dip.
