  • 1½ tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1½ teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 3 teaspoons brown sugar

  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes (adjust to taste)

  • ¾ cup low-sodium vegetable broth

  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 10–12 minutes.

  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath. Cool completely and peel.

  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. Stir in seafood seasoning, lemon pepper, onion powder, paprika, brown sugar, and red chili flakes.

  5. Pour in vegetable broth and lemon juice. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.

  6. Add peeled eggs to the sauce and spoon sauce over the eggs. Simmer 5–8 minutes to absorb flavor.
