Description

Crispy flour tortillas stuffed with seasoned beef, pizza sauce, melty mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and fresh Italian salad. These easy Tortilla Pizza Tacos combine two family favorites into one irresistible dinner.


Ingredients

Taco Filling

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Pizza Tacos

  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Italian Salad

  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup spring mix
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup Italian dressing


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Lay tortillas flat on a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce over half of each tortilla.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese, seasoned beef, pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Fold tortillas in half and brush tops with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Toss romaine, spring mix, tomatoes, Parmesan, and Italian dressing together.
  • Stuff a small handful of salad into each taco just before serving.
  • Serve immediately with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
