- 1 pound ground beef

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Pizza Tacos
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Italian Salad
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup spring mix
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Lay tortillas flat on a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce over half of each tortilla.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, seasoned beef, pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese.
- Fold tortillas in half and brush tops with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Toss romaine, spring mix, tomatoes, Parmesan, and Italian dressing together.
- Stuff a small handful of salad into each taco just before serving.
- Serve immediately with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
