Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, and parsley.
- Add the chicken and coat well in the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill for 5–7 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
