Description

This super simple cheesy bubble loaf is an easy pull-apart bread made with refrigerated biscuit dough and melty Italian cheese. Soft, fluffy, and golden brown, it’s the perfect side dish or appetizer for holidays, parties, and cozy family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 packages (7½ ounces each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10 biscuits per package)

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1½ cups (6 ounces) shredded Italian cheese blend

  • Nonstick cooking spray


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Separate the biscuits and cut each biscuit into four pieces using kitchen scissors or a knife.

  • Place half of the biscuit pieces into the prepared loaf pan.

  • Drizzle with 1 tablespoon melted butter, then sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheese.

  • Add the remaining biscuit pieces on top. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon butter and sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup cheese.

  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  • Serve warm and pull apart to enjoy.

  • Use freshly shredded cheese for the best melt and texture.
