Smoky grilled corn slathered with rich blue cheese garlic compound butter and bold steakhouse seasoning. This easy steakhouse-inspired side dish is perfect for summer grilling, BBQs, and steak dinners.

For the Corn

  • 6 ears fresh sweet corn, husked
  • Olive oil, for brushing

For the Blue Cheese Garlic Butter

  • 1 stick salted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon steakhouse seasoning

Optional Garnish

  • Fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, blue cheese crumbles, and steakhouse seasoning until fully combined.
  • Brush the corn lightly with olive oil on all sides.
  • Place the corn directly on the grill grates and cook for 10–15 minutes, turning every few minutes until tender and lightly charred.
  • Remove the corn from the grill and immediately spread the blue cheese garlic butter generously over each ear of corn.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra smoky flavor, add a pinch of smoked paprika to the butter mixture.
  • Top with extra blue cheese crumbles before serving.
  • Pairs perfectly with grilled steak, burgers, chicken, or BBQ ribs.
