For the Corn
- 6 ears fresh sweet corn, husked
- Olive oil, for brushing
For the Blue Cheese Garlic Butter
- 1 stick salted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon steakhouse seasoning
Optional Garnish
- Fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, blue cheese crumbles, and steakhouse seasoning until fully combined.
- Brush the corn lightly with olive oil on all sides.
- Place the corn directly on the grill grates and cook for 10–15 minutes, turning every few minutes until tender and lightly charred.
- Remove the corn from the grill and immediately spread the blue cheese garlic butter generously over each ear of corn.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra smoky flavor, add a pinch of smoked paprika to the butter mixture.
- Top with extra blue cheese crumbles before serving.
