This easy prosciutto pasta toss is a quick 20-minute dinner made with linguine, peas, garlic, olive oil, and parmesan cheese. Light, flavorful, and perfect for busy weeknights or casual entertaining.
Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) package linguine

½ cup fresh or frozen peas, thawed

¼ cup olive oil

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon black pepper

½ pound thinly sliced prosciutto or deli ham, chopped

¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Cook linguine according to package directions, adding peas during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Stir in chopped prosciutto and cook briefly until warmed through.

Add drained linguine and peas to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss again before serving.

Reserve a little pasta water before draining in case you need to loosen the sauce.
