This Pickle De Gallo Ranch Dip is creamy, tangy, and packed with bold pickle flavor. Made with sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, and pickle de gallo, it’s the perfect dip for spicy chicken tenders, fries, and party platters. Ingredients

  • 1 cup pickle de gallo, well drained

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 (1 oz) packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix

  • 1 tablespoon pickle brine (optional, for extra tang)

  • 12 teaspoons hot sauce (to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped (optional but recommended)

  • 1 small garlic clove, finely grated

  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Optional Add-Ins

  • Pinch of smoked paprika

  • Pinch of cayenne pepper


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add sour cream and mayonnaise and stir until smooth.

  2. Fold in the pickle de gallo, ranch seasoning, garlic, dill, hot sauce, and black pepper.

  3. Add pickle brine if desired for extra tang.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning or heat as needed.

  5. Chill for 15–30 minutes for best flavor, or serve immediately.

Notes
