Ingredients

2 (16 oz) tubes premade sugar cookie dough

14 oz marshmallow fluff

1 cup salted butter, softened

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups powdered sugar

Pink food coloring

1 package PEEPS® Brand Marshmallow Bunnies

Candies and sprinkles, for decorating
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease or line a 12-inch pizza pan or round baking pan with parchment paper.

Press cookie dough evenly into the pan, forming a large round cookie.

Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until lightly golden and set in the center. Cool completely before frosting.

Make frosting: In a large bowl, beat softened butter until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract and mix until fluffy.

Add powdered sugar gradually and beat until smooth and spreadable.

Tint frosting with a few drops of pink food coloring, if desired.

Frost cookie cake evenly once fully cooled.

Decorate with PEEPS® Marshmallow Bunnies, candies, and sprinkles.
