This festive Peeps Sugar Cookie Cake is the ultimate Easter dessert! A soft sugar cookie base is topped with fluffy marshmallow frosting, pink swirls, and classic PEEPS® Marshmallow Bunnies for a colorful spring treat that’s easy, fun, and perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz) tubes premade sugar cookie dough

  • 14 oz marshmallow fluff

  • 1 cup salted butter, softened

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  • Pink food coloring

  • 1 package PEEPS® Brand Marshmallow Bunnies

  • Candies and sprinkles, for decorating


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease or line a 12-inch pizza pan or round baking pan with parchment paper.

  • Press cookie dough evenly into the pan, forming a large round cookie.

  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until lightly golden and set in the center. Cool completely before frosting.

  • Make frosting: In a large bowl, beat softened butter until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract and mix until fluffy.

  • Add powdered sugar gradually and beat until smooth and spreadable.

  • Tint frosting with a few drops of pink food coloring, if desired.

  • Frost cookie cake evenly once fully cooled.

  • Decorate with PEEPS® Marshmallow Bunnies, candies, and sprinkles.

  • Slice and serve or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • Be sure the cookie cake is completely cool before frosting to prevent melting.

  • For clean slices, chill the cookie cake for 20–30 minutes before cutting.
