- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 12 small flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
For Serving
- Ranch dressing
- Diced tomatoes
- Sliced green onions
- Extra bacon crumbles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until fully combined.
- Warm tortillas for 20 seconds in the microwave so they are easier to fold.
- Spoon approximately ¼ cup of filling onto one side of each tortilla.
- Fold tortillas in half and arrange in a lightly greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Brush the tops and edges lightly with melted butter.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the tortillas are crispy and golden and the filling is hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with ranch dressing.
- Sprinkle with diced tomatoes, green onions, and additional bacon if desired.
- Serve immediately.
