Description

These easy jalapeño popper English muffin pizzas are loaded with creamy melted cream cheese, crispy bacon, spicy jalapeños, and gooey mozzarella and cheddar cheese. They bake up in just minutes and make the perfect quick lunch, appetizer, or game day snack.

Ingredients

Scale

4 English muffins, split
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
3–4 jalapeños, thinly sliced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped green onions or chives (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Place the split English muffins on the baking sheet and lightly toast them in the oven for 3–4 minutes.

  • In a glass mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.

  • Mix in half of the bacon, a few jalapeño slices, and a handful of shredded cheese to create the jalapeño popper spread.

  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the toasted English muffins.

  • Top each muffin with mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and the remaining bacon.

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • For extra golden cheese, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.

  • Sprinkle with chopped green onions or chives and serve warm.

Notes

Remove the jalapeño seeds for a milder flavor.
• Leave the seeds in if you like extra heat.
• These pizzas also cook well in an air fryer at 375°F for 5–6 minutes.
