Ingredients

2 cups flour
Instructions

Beat egg and yolks until light.

Add water and salt.

Stir in flour until dough forms.

Knead until smooth.

Roll to 1/8-inch thickness.

Cut into strips.

Cook 7–9 minutes in boiling water.
Notes

Add more flour if sticky.
