Ingredients
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

Add all the spices to a small bowl.

Whisk or stir the spices together until evenly combined.

Transfer the Cajun seasoning to an airtight spice jar or container.

Notes

For a salt-free Cajun seasoning, simply omit the salt and season your food separately.
