The perfect holiday punch recipe to serve at your party this year! Can easily make this non alcoholic too… but what’s the fun in that? 😉
What’s the holidays without a little boozing?
Because let’s be honest, sometimes when you have that many family members in the same room together…you need to get sloshed. 😉
I kid, of course.
But one thing I take seriously is my holiday punch! I’m letting my inner lush shine today with this recipe…it’s one of my favorites! Just make sure to keep the kiddos away…it’s one of those “doesn’t taste like alcohol in it drinks, but it does…and mommy likes it.” 😉
You can make this non alcoholic by omitting the bubbly and replacing it with sparkling apple cider or more sprite. That way the kids can have some too, but I usually will make them a different kind of drink so the adults can have some fun. 🙂
Growing up, I remember going to holiday parties and watching the adults drink these fruity, bubbly drinks and thinking how fancy they looked all dressed up with these glasses in their hands. I couldn’t wait to grow up and be able to host my own Christmas parties and serve the same kind of drinks to my guests.
It’s so funny what we remember as kids when it comes to the holidays. That’s something that always stuck with me for some reason, and has become one of many traditions I continue on. Along, with spiked egg nog this holiday punch is the epitome of Christmas for me!
I serve it during both Thanksgiving and Christmas…
It’s super easy to make, but depending on how large your punch bowl is you may need to divide or multiply the amounts.
Here’s how to make it…
