Greek Salad Nachos are a fresh Mediterranean twist on classic nachos, made with crunchy pita chips, creamy hummus sauce, crisp vegetables, feta cheese, and olives. This easy, no-bake appetizer is perfect for entertaining, parties, or a light vegetarian meal.

  • 1 bag (7.33 oz) plain pita chips

  • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce

  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/2 English cucumber, chopped

  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini, drained

  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion

  • 2 tablespoons sliced Kalamata olives

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Creamy Hummus Sauce

  • 3/4 cup classic hummus

  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped


Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir together the hummus, Greek yogurt, and fresh dill until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

  • Spread the pita chips out evenly on a large serving platter or sheet pan.

  • Drizzle the hummus sauce over the pita chips.

  • Top with shredded romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, pepperoncini, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.

  • Serve immediately while the pita chips are still crunchy.
