- 4 tbsp butter
- 6–8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp beef bouillon granules
- 1 1/4 cups beef broth

- 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Stir in the Montreal steak seasoning, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the beef broth and stir in the beef bouillon granules. Bring to a boil.
- Add the frozen tortellini and stir to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Return to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 3–5 minutes or until tortellini are tender.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with shredded Italian cheese blend and parmesan. Cover and let sit until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Add 1/2 cup heavy cream for a creamier sauce
- Use fresh tortellini for a softer texture and quicker cook time
