- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ⅔ cup water
- 1 can (10 ounces) nacho cheese sauce
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 4 tostada shells
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- ½ cup diced onions (optional)
- Cooking spray

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Arrange two large flour tortillas in the bottom of the baking dish, overlapping slightly to cover the bottom.
- Spread half of the taco meat mixture evenly over the tortillas.
- Drizzle half of the nacho cheese sauce over the meat.
- Place the tostada shells on top of the meat layer.
- Spread half of the sour cream over the tostadas and sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded cheese.
- Add another layer of tortillas.
- Spread the remaining taco meat over the tortillas and drizzle with the remaining nacho cheese sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Allow the casserole to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Top with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and additional sour cream before serving.
