- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, cubed
- 2 (6 oz) cans lump crab meat, drained
- 4 green onions, chopped
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 3-quart slow cooker.
- Add cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, milk, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and salt to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours.
- Stir occasionally until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Serve warm with chips, crostini, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a thinner dip, add a splash more milk.
- Keep warm in the slow cooker on the “WARM” setting for serving.
- Use lump crab meat for best texture and flavor.
