Description
This lobster roll pasta salad is creamy, buttery, and packed with tender chunks of lobster, fresh herbs, and a light lemon dressing. A fresh and flavorful summer pasta salad perfect for cookouts, parties, and easy entertaining.

- 12 oz cavatappi or elbow pasta
- 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped into large chunks
- 2 celery stalks, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
For the Dressing
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water until completely cooled.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add cooled pasta, lobster meat, celery, chives, and parsley.
- Pour dressing over the top and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with extra chives, parsley, and a squeeze of lemon before serving if desired.
