Description

These crispy oven-baked Brussels sprouts with bacon and Caesar dressing are roasted until golden and caramelized, then tossed with creamy Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese for an easy and flavorful side dish.

Ingredients

Scale

pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
6 slices bacon, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup Caesar dressing
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.

  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts onto the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  4. Scatter the chopped bacon pieces over the Brussels sprouts.

  5. Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and the bacon is cooked.

  6. Transfer the roasted Brussels sprouts to a serving bowl.

  7. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss to coat.

  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

  9. Finish with a small squeeze of lemon juice if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispy Brussels sprouts, make sure they are spread out in a single layer on the baking sheet. Overcrowding will cause them to steam instead of roast.

You can also add extra Parmesan or red pepper flakes for more flavor.
