Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese, parmesan, melted garlic butter, milk, salt, and pepper to a blender.

  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides if needed.

  • Pour the sauce into a skillet and warm over low heat, stirring gently. Do not boil.

  • Toss with cooked pasta, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.

  • Serve immediately with extra parmesan on top.
