2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1½ cups milk
½ cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
salt to taste
Optional garnish: chopped parsley
Instructions

Cook the frozen popcorn chicken according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
