These soft and fluffy blueberry jam muffins are an easy homemade breakfast made with simple pantry ingredients. Using blueberry jam instead of fresh berries creates sweet pockets of jam throughout each muffin, making them moist, tender, and bakery-style with minimal effort.

½ cup blueberry jam or preserves
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla until combined.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.

Gently fold in the blueberry jam, leaving visible swirls.

Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling about ¾ full.

Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until tops are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
