Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the finely chopped onion.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the crispy fried onions evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and golden around the edges.
  7. Serve warm with chips, crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • Let the cream cheese soften completely for the smoothest texture.
  • Use sweet onion for a milder flavor.
  • Add shredded mozzarella for an extra cheesy dip.
  • Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for crispier onions.
  • This dip can be assembled ahead of time and baked before serving.
