Description
These Better Than Burger King Chicken Fries are crispy, golden, and packed with flavor. Made with real chicken breast and coated in seasoned breadcrumbs, they’re fried until crunchy and served with creamy honey mustard dipping sauce.
Ingredients
Chicken Fries
1 lb chicken breast, cut into thin fry-shaped strips
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
oil for frying
Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions

Cut chicken breasts into long thin strips resembling chicken fries.

Prepare three breading bowls:
Bowl 1: flour
Bowl 2: eggs whisked with milk
Bowl 3: panko breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. -
Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat in the seasoned breadcrumbs.

Heat about 2 inches of oil in a skillet to 350°F.

Fry the chicken fries in batches for 3–4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Transfer to a paper towel lined plate.

For the honey mustard sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.

Serve the crispy chicken fries hot with the honey mustard dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispy chicken fries, use panko breadcrumbs and fry in small batches so the oil temperature stays hot.
You can also air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
