Description

This creamy Asiago cilantro garlic yogurt dressing is fresh, tangy, and packed with flavor. Made with Greek yogurt, fresh cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, and nutty Asiago cheese, it’s perfect as a salad dressing, vegetable dip, or sauce for grilled chicken and bowls.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cup grated Asiago cheese
½ cup fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1–3 tablespoons water (to thin)

Instructions

  • Add the Greek yogurt, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a blender.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Add the grated Asiago cheese and pulse briefly to combine.

  • Add water one tablespoon at a time until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.

  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  • Serve immediately as a dressing or dip.

Notes

  • Use less water for a thick vegetable dip.

  • Add extra garlic if you prefer a stronger flavor.

  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.

  • Keeps 3–4 days in the refrigerator.
