This creamy Asiago cilantro garlic yogurt dressing is fresh, tangy, and packed with flavor. Made with Greek yogurt, fresh cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, and nutty Asiago cheese, it’s perfect as a salad dressing, vegetable dip, or sauce for grilled chicken and bowls.
Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cup grated Asiago cheese
½ cup fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1–3 tablespoons water (to thin)
Instructions

Add the Greek yogurt, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the grated Asiago cheese and pulse briefly to combine.

Add water one tablespoon at a time until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
