Have you ever tried white BBQ sauce? I hadn’t until recently and was instantly hooked! Here’s how I recreate it at home…
I think the part that makes this white BBQ sauce so appealing is that you don’t have to cook anything. Originating in Alabama I believe, all you have to do to make this delicious sauce/dip is throw a few ingredients into a bowl, mix it together, then cover and let it all mend together in the fridge for an hour or longer.
It’s sweet, tangy, and pairs perfectly with so many different kinds of meat and veggies! I’m definitely going to be making this over and over again during the summer.
I love a great traditional BBQ sauce to and have a delicious recipe for that right here, but if you’re looking for variety and something different to mix things up on your condiment tray than add this white version to the mix.
To me this is a BBQ version of a Hibachi Yum Yum sauce, and I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love that! 😉
Here’s how to make it…
