- 24 baby bella mushrooms
- 1 cup stuffing
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- fresh thyme (*optional)
- Preheat over to 375. Remove stems from mushrooms to create caps.
- In a bowl, mix stuffing, cream cheese, garlic, and half of the parmesan cheese together well.
- Stuff mushrooms with the mixture and top with the remaining parmesan cheese, and fresh thyme.
- Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot-room temp.
