1 tablespoon minced lemongrass (get the one in the tube-easier)
2 tablespoons oil (I use coconut)
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
In a large skillet, add in your oil to heat up and add in your ground chicken. Crumble it with a spoon as it browns (3-5 minutes)
Add in your chopped onions and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Add in the rest of you ingredients and cook while stirring for an additional 5 minutes or until meat has absorbed all the flavorings. Place in a bowl and set aside to come to room temp.
Assemble your salad just as you would a lettuce wrap. butter or iceberg lettuce, then meat and whatever toppings you like. I use green onions, carrots, red pepper, and water chestnuts in mine. Enjoy! 🙂
