Greek Style Grilled Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 24 chicken wings/drummettes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon (zest & juice)
  • 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano (finely chopped)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss chicken wings into it. Let everything marinade in the fridge for 30 minutes up to a few hours.
  2. Preheat grill to high heat and grill chicken wings for about 15-20 minutes, turning over a few times so all sides get charred.
  3. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
