On days we are at the farm, I want to get dinner on the table quickly, so I always go for a one pan easy meal.
A lot of these ingredients are staples in my pantry so it takes no time at all to whip this together.

I love using pineapple juice as a trick to break down tougher meats like pork quickly. Pineapple contains bromelain, which digests protein, and softens the tissues in meat.
It’s a fantastic shortcut when you’ve forgotten to marinade or brine. Especially for something like pork.
Plus it gives it tremendous flavor!
Pork can definitely be dry and bland if you don’t cook it right, but not by doing it this way!
This easy one pan pineapple thyme pork chop recipe is fool proof as the citrus juices penetrate and infuse the meat with so much flavor in a super short amount of time!
