  • 2 cups sifted all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

For the glaze-

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 Tablespoons milk

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. In a large mixing bowl mix together the sugar, butter and eggs until smooth
  3. Add in the peanut butter, vanilla and salt
  4. Slowly add in sifted flour until everything is combined well
  5. Grease a 9×13 baking pan and pour batter onto pan- use spatula to smooth it out evenly
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips generously over batter
  7. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes

  1. When the chocolate chip peanut butter bars have 5 minutes left in the oven
  2. Bring a small saucepan up to medium heat on the stove
  3. Add in peanut butter and milk until melted together
  4. Add in powder sugar and mix well until smooth consistency

*You may need to add more milk is the glaze is too thick. You want it to be a smooth but sticky consistency.

Pour the glaze over the bars once you take them out of the oven and smooth over top.

Let cool to room temp so everything sets up nicely.
