Buffalo Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box rigatoni
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • wing/blue cheese dressing of choice
  • celery leaves
  • blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 450 and coat chicken breasts in wing sauce and salt and pepper. Place on baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Boil water and cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. When chicken is cooked and cooled a bit. Slice it into bite size pieces and toss into pasta,
  4. Pour in additional wing sauce (I used about 1/3 cup) and sprinkle with celery leaves and blue cheese crumbles on top.
