Preheat your oven to 350 and mix together all of your ingredients. I put about 2 tablespoons of the wing sauce into the meat mixture and reserve the rest to toss them after they’re cooked.
With clean and damp hands, roll the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet. 1 lb makes about 12 balls.
Cook for 30 minutes and toss the meatballs in the remaining wing sauce when they’re done and serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing to dip.
*Bonus! The celery acts as a skewer to pick those delicious chicken ball bites up. 🙂 Enjoy!
