Third times a charm! The guest bathroom got its third and final makeover over and I could not be more thrilled with the results!

If you’ve been following along for a while then you know this bathroom has gotten its fair share of blog spot light. What started as a super basic builder grade bathroom got a mini makeover a few years back until we decided what to do in there. Thanks to a leaking toilet every time someone flushed (eww!) this bathroom got bumped up on the priority list faster than I originally thought and things that we started working on had to take a back seat. But it’s finally finished after a few headaches here and there and I’m so happy with the way it turned out!
It started out as this plan…

I knew I wanted a clean modern look but still transitional enough where I could change the accessories out if I ever wanted a change. Black, white, gray with pops of hot pink is what I decided to go with. Its fun and fresh and makes the small narrow space feel big and bright.

I instantly fell in love with this vanity when I first saw it, but wanted to look around before pulling the trigger to purchase it. After a few weeks of looking and not seeing anything I liked quite as much I went ahead and ordered it and by then it was on backorder. (oops!) So we waited and waited for it to arrive, in the meantime installing the amazing tile and new toilet. That floor…

I loved it so much, especially laid in a subway pattern that it inspired the wall molding treatment. I wanted something fresh and fun to go on the long blank wall and this really added a fun twist to the bathroom and really makes the room pop!

When the vanity finally arrived, it had a broken top so we had to wait again for a new one to be shipped. I ordered it through Wayfair and have to say that their customer service was awesome and I highly recommend ordering through them!

I fell in love with this vanity particularly for the amount of storage it had! You guys know I love organized spaces and the big deep cabinet space is perfect for holding a ton of bathroom necessities! I even have room to keep the “pharmacy” that I used to keep in the linen closet.

I used this method for holding and storing all those little things that clutter up the bathroom for years and it works so well and holds a ton!

Your new bathroom looks amazing! I love that vanity! I wish we didn’t just remodel our bathroom or I’d be ordering that one right now.
Thanks Heather 🙂
Looks great, tightly designed with a great contemporary look! I really love the pink bathroom mat too, makes it pop in the black/white background. I’m sure having it done feel great!
