Creamy Dijon Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 shallots sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • splash chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Heat up a skillet on medium high and drizzle in oil.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides and add into the pan to cook. Slice shallots and chop garlic.
  • When the chicken is browned on both sides, remove from the pan and lower heat. Add in the shallots and garlic to cook for a minute. Then add in a splash of chicken stock to deglaze the pan before adding in the cream and mustard. Stir everything together.
  • Add chicken back into the pan to finish cooking in the sauce. Serve with choice of side. Enjoy!
